Very poor service delivery

I have ordered on Shein online in 08 December 2021 and on the 22 December 2021, i receive sms to pay the shipping money to Buffalo international, and i did make payment, and today i receive an sms from Buffalo international courier they inform me that they will deliver my parcel today 13 December 2022, i waited and waited, nothing happened, they didn't deliver my parcel. What i don't like about this company they promise me but they didn't not keep their promise, they don't take clients serious, and they don't even bother to call me or send me another sms to inform me why they did not deliver my parcel. and when i track my parcel they says in delivery. They service is poor, I need Hello Peter to assist me to get my parcel or to get my money back if they don't deliver by tomorrow.
