Very poor service

Buffalo Logistics delivery service sucks, my parcel is still at their warehouse with no explanation. Tried calling several times but there's no answer, their live agents keep quiet while you chat alone. Was chatting with Bonolo on the 31st December, she didn't even bother answering my questions let alone tell me when will my parcel be delivered. Checked today my parcel is still at their warehouse. Poor service. You deserve a zero rating
