Very Poor Service

I ordered/ paid for my parcel the 26th of November from Shein. It arrived in South Africa and was cleared by customs the 7th Dec 2022. The 8th it was received at the Buffalo Airport Warehouse. The 9th it was in transit to the Buffalo Pretoria DC and only received the 19th of December 2022. Today is the 23rd of December and I still have received my parcel/ Children's Christmas presents. If you going to close down for Christmas ensure all deliveries are done and your warehouse is clear of parcels and give the customer the option to collect if you are unable to make delivery.
