VERY POOR SERVICE AND NO URGENCY WHAT SO EVER

I honestly dont think they care that there are so many disappointed and frustrated people because there is nothing we can do about it we are forced to use them. Horrible service, they dont respond to emails, you hold for a operator for at least 45min. The answer u get for the delay is the package is still at the airport , which it literally around the corner from them. There has been absolutely no urgency to get it sorted. And their hands are tied according to them. VERY FRUSTRATING
