Very poor customer service

I ordered bags from Shein and paid for those bags and logistics at Shein then the Buffalo international logistics company send me an email for courier payment of R46 something then i paid R47 that was mid September and they were supposed to courier my bags somewhere end of September but till today i haven't received my bag's, i'm very much crossed poor poor service of Buffalo international logistics company. I even tried to talk to them via whatsapp but they failed me.
