VERY POOR AND UNDESIRABLE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS ...!!!

Buffalo Logistics is the designated logistic service provider gor for my parcel which I bought online on the 09th of October 2023. Until today the 01st of November 2023, I have NOT yet received my parcel despite having comp**** with necessary requirements/ payment of all stipulated fees. I have made several follow ups with NO police outcomes. Their attitude is both unprofessional and inconsiderate. Of note is the fact that their delivery or turn around time has EXCEEDED BY FAR THEIR STIPULATED DELIVERY OR YURN ATOUND TIME. What is EVEN WORSE WAS DISCOVERING THAT MY PARCEL WAS NOT WITH THE THIRD PARTY COURRIER SERVICE THAT THEY( BUFFALO) CLAIMED WAS THE REASON BEHIND THIS PROLONGED AND ONGOING FAILURE TO DELIVER MY PARCEL. The third party Courrier confirmed it Buffalo Logistics that they( The third party) NEVER RECEIVED MY PARCEL from Buffalo Logistics. Not even this inefficiency and gross negligence was acknowledged by them, Buffalo. I am being continously Sent from pillar to post. It is so unfortunate that I NEVER REQUESTED FOR THEM TO BE ASSIGNED WITH THIS TASK OF HANDLING MY DELIVERY, which they have dismally failed to execute, in line with their acclaimed service standards. I just wonder how many other customers have been made to endure such gross inefficiency and have had to tolerate their arrogant, inconsiderate and self-centered attitude. I hope some powers that be can put an end to this traumatizing conduct and inefficiency.
