Very late arrival of package and rude drivers.

Worst experience i have had in my life with a courier company!! My package has been in town for 4 days but no delivery, when I called to ask what going on the driver was incredibly rude ans said I didn't answer my phone and he sent my package back. It wasn't the truth, I called head office and also spoke to a lady that was so rude. If I never have to use buffelo again it would ne too soon.
