Very impressed

I see a lot of complaints about them and I have to say I am confused. I find them friendly and professional. I've had at least 30 parcels with them now and not one bad experience. I don't know if the general public understand that if you are ordering from China, you are getting an absolute bargain if your parcel is delivered within 2 weeks. Do you realise just how far China is? I am very pleased with how efficiently my parcel is delivered. Their parcel is some of the best I've seen. If they send you an sms, guaranteed you'll have your parcel the next day within reason. Once I wasn't home, they called me, were so understanding and brought it back the next day. South Africans gotta learn, you catch more flies with honey. In other words, if you are kind and courteous with service providers, they'll do the same for you. Having read some of these negative reviews, I would never want to work with those people either. Not the company the review is about... I mean the person who wrote the reviews... Yikes!
