Very dissappointing service

Please note that I placed an order on the 18 May 2021 with Deals Daily . Since placing the order I have been battling for the parcel to be delivered to me by Buffalo Logistics. The parcel was here in Kimberley a few feet form me but no one contacted me to collect it. Instead the couriers collected the parcel on the 22 July 2021 without informing me and send it back to Bloemfontein and then to Durban and then back to Johannesburg. The consultant that worked on this is Bianca, her supervisors is Reinette and Kerry Ann who also does not get back to me with an answer as to why the parcel does not get delivered to me. They promise to get back to me but never do. When I finally got hold of Buffalo Logistics they want me to pay for their poor service in sending the parcel all over except to me. Nonteto then told me after I declined to pay for their mistake I will no longer need to pay and they will use a 3rd party courier to deliver the parcel to me some time next week. I have never experience anything like this before and hope no one will have to go through this either.
