VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH BUFFALO

I ordered some items at Temu on the 1st of last month ....they were delivered at Buffalo warehouse however I have not received them yet. I called Buffalo till this day they have sent my parcel.

Tshepo one of the consultants I spoke to said the location am staying they don't enter there.

Till now they haven't given me information as to what is the other way I can receive my items from them. I dnt knw what is happening I am disappointed with the service for Buffalo
