Very disgusting service! Don’t use them

I placed an order on Shein on the 21st of March. 3 weeks later and no sight of the order. I keep being told that the order is dispatched, floor check or ITT assigned not received. I have no idea what these status updates mean. At some point it said abnormal situation, locating parcel. What does this mean? Have you lost my order???? When I reach out via WhatsApp no one ever gets back to me. I’ve sent several emails and no response, no one answers calls even. There’s no way to reach out to Buffalo. I have now gone and posted a video on TikTok and a lot of people are complaining about you guys! Disgusting service from you. I’ve ordered many times in the past and Buffalo is always the courier, I’ve never had to wait this long with no explaination from your end. Do better!
