Very disappointing Service

Worst Logistics company around. No communication, customer service is useless and can't give you any information. No attempts was ever made to deliver my package. Next minute I get an email stating that my package was delivered...I send numerous emails without any reply. Constantly contacting customer service with no proper feedback. They are very quick to send MSG's and emails for payments but can't give their clients a proper service. I will avoid this company in future and will refrain purchasing from anybody who makes use of their service. Very frustrating having to deal with them. I don't know why they can't give you the information of the whereabouts of your package. I even offered to fetch my package from their depot but got told I can't. Next minute I got a sms telling me I have to pay another fee for delivery. This is completely unacceptable. Why can't they have a pick up points like the rest of the courier companies.
