Very disappointing service

I have never had a problem with this company before. Then I get a message saying that they couldn't deliver my order as no one was home. Not true we were home all day. Then I send a whatsapp on their business number they don't read it nor do they respond. Then I call and get told I'm 160 in the Q and it will take 60 minutes to answer my call. What kind of business is this
