Very disappointed
We bought clothes from shein for over R3000 even today we haven't received our parcel. The clothes were intend for Christmas present and children's Christmas clothes. Tatus on the Buffalo logistic it's been saying randit to third party from the 22nd December and we haven't received any call or message stating reason for delay. We tried calling their customer service number but it just ring once. Its already the 30th and my children and nephew are disappointed in me. What's worst is that I made them choose their preferred clothes.

29 Dec 2022, 18:09I went to centurion depot 3x last week, cause I'll make sense to be at centurion as I based in Pretoria but on the third time visiting the depot they told me that it's at Kempton Park depot. Then the status changed to "transit to third party" from the 22nd December till to date. +
