Very disappointed customer!!!!

I am very disappointed!!!!! Suddenly there is a HUGE problem with this company!!! I ordered my package from Shein the 14th of March. I paid tax the 18th of March. Buffalo Airport Warehouse received 23 March. My tracking said in delivering 3x times....29 March, 4 April an 5 April. Nobody delivered. My update says: Package was unsuccessfully delivered. Nobody phoned and we were at home. I phoned multiple times.....only a BOT on the other side. Mailed multiple times.....no reply. There is no option to report a problem!!! This makes me scared to order from Shein or Temu again.
