Very disappointed

Buffalo logistics service is a nightmare. I have been tracking my package and first I get a message to say I have received my parcel and it has been signed., which is a total lie as no deliveries were made to my address. Secondly when the courier phoned he was totally lost and couldn't find my address. I tried giving directions but he then hung up. I have sent an email and 3 days later still no response. It is impossible to get hold of these people . I am so disappointed and honestly don't know how to get in touch with someone that can assist me
