Very disappointed at Buffalo

I am very disappointed at Buffalo this time around. I have been waiting for my items for like forever now and when I called and offered to collect for myself they are telling me that my stuff is stuck at the airport and I can't collect there. They tell me I should wait another 7 to 10 working days for it to move from the airport and I needed some of these things urgently for my daughter's graduation which is in a day from now. I have never been so disappointed by Buffalo. Worst part is I cant get these type of dresses anywhere else that's why I opted to buy at Shein and I wont have use for them after this graduation. I don't know what to do.
