Very disappointed, angry and disgusted.

I placed an order last year in November, my order was work 5000 rand from Shein. Buffalo received my order from Shein the first week of December. I was excited and had hoped that I will receive my order before Christmas as per their tracking information. Till today I have not received my order. I paid tax to Buffalo and yet I have not received my parcel. Shein has reimbursed me for my order, however, I have not received a refund from Buffalo. I have sent them more than 20 emails and still no response on when I will be refunded, I have provided all the information, proof of payments, and all, but they still tell me about a backlog. How can they have a backlog for 6 months? All I want is my refund, 1200 rands is a lot of money. I should have known this was going to be an unpleasant experience.
