Very disappointed

Extremely disappointed. The area code was changed by a consultant at the Kempton park branch which made that my parcel was sent to PMB and not Durban. No one not even the delivery person phoned me to inform me that the parcel can not be delivered. Spent endless times on the phone for more than 3 days as they DO NOT respond via whatsapp! Lame excuses non stop!!! Once again had to contact them again today spend over 20min holding on for a consultant just to find out that my parcel will now be delivered with a 3rd party courier! Why cant they keep us updated as the customer!!!!! SHEIN needs to seriously rethink to change their courier choice!!!! Buffalo is the WORST ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
