Very Disappointed

I've used this service more than once already, now I'm currently waiting on my parcel and I keep getting emails saying TEL is incorrect, which is weird because I did receive an sms pertaining to my parcel Every time I try to call the number it take me to a bot , then th call ends , the WhatsApp number is also a bot Like really, put me through a live agent, better yet the damn manager because this is absolute nonsense Now they are telling me that they're not going to deliver my parcel and I'm really ****ed off BUFFALO I demand to speak to a living manager ASAP I want my parcel!
