Very bad service,Poor !!

Such an ******** courier company,very useless...I am so angry and frustrated cause you can't even call them,they keep you on hold and when you the next caller they drop the call,not even updating the status of the shipment...been on scan out cage error from Monday and still not delivery today yet I am day 12 of waiting today.i can't even wear my dress tomorrow at a wedding...one is just in the dark regarding their parcel ..1st time using Shein and their courier company sucks and is the worst.
