Very bad service from a logistics company buffalo.

This company has been ********** to deal with I placed an order with Shein on the 29th of Feb 2024 and to date which is the 4 of April I have not received my parcel, when I call them they say there is no time frame because my parcel is detained at the airport which is a lie because I received a messaged stating that there is a shortage of staff so parcel will be delayed 3 to 5 days i have waitied and it is way passed that time frame and I have no idea when my parcel will arrive. It is depressing and upsetting because I paid for my parcel and the taxes but have no clue when i will get my parcel. The service is gone to the dogs. I am motified and will never order again because of this experience.
