VERY BAD SERVICE 😭

BUFZA7MK23518WRYQ, wrote a review on the 4th this month and still my parcel is not delivered, made numerous calls which takes 20 minutes before they answer and all they say parcell will be delivered following day, from last month bethuna waiting for my parcel. On WhatsApp they lie as well and say it has been dispatched and will be delivered within 24 hours which turned to weeks. I wish we could have an option to choose our own courier when doing orders.
