Very bad service-Don’t recommend

If 0 stars existed I would have put it. I was supposed to receive my parcel around 13-20 July but I haven’t when I called yesterday they said my address is wrong which is crazy because I always use it and today when I send them an email they’re saying my clothes are still captured for customs when I paid for customs on the 6 July and when I track it they were long cleared. On the call they’re saying it’s in their warehouse but on email they’re still captured- I need shein to make us select our own shipping company. I need those things before Thursday.
