Very bad service

My order was wrongly dispatched to Vaal while my address clearly states Edenvale. I phoned customer care (if they call themselves that) and spoke to a rude Simphiwe who couldn't assist. He told me I will receive my parcel within 24 hours which have passed already and also told me that I should understand that mistakes happens. He did not bother to fix the mistake. I called again today and spoke to Gwen who dropped a call on my ear and did not assist either. I want my parcel delivered today or tomorrow and I will make you trend if that is how you treat people.
