Very bad service

Buffalo logistics is the worst my order is 2 weeks late I've called sent emails did follow ups they keep telling me someone will get ahold of me I've been waiting no management nothing no responses I'm very upset with there service when I call them they say my parcel is at the airport they in Kempton Park for 2 weeks they cant find my parcel 😭 and the airport is so close to them
