Very bad service

Ordered from Shein.. Now I have to pay taxes but Buffalo logistics has not informed me and I received mail from Shein. Now I can't get hold of anyone at Buffalo to assist.. Their "whatsapp" group they don't even reply.. Your calls are gets cut off after 49 sec.... Very very bad service.. Never use them and I will never order from Shein either again
