Very bad service

You guys are a nightmare. How do you continue working with a company like Fastway. They are so unprofessional. They **** people their own parcels and lie on the tracker that they delivered the parcel meanwhile they ***** it. I'm so angry. Worse I paid the assurance fee. **** this was my last time trusting such stupidity **** you all
