Very Bad Service

I ordered thing from Shein and Buffalo was supposed to deliver for me. One, they dont arrange a time with you to bring your parcel. 2. They send you a message that your parcel was delivered successfully while you didn't receive your parcel. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on between the 31 March and 02 April. Now when I call their call centre the lady tell me that it might be delivered on the 6th or 10 April by another courier service. My ref number is BUFZA***YQ. Very bad service
