Very Bad Customer Service they must be canceled

They didn't call me and returned my oder and I've been bagging them to deliver my oder cz the package that is there is for my graduation, I understood maybe they are busy I told them I'm able to collect my package to them and I'm willing to uber and fetch my package, it's very bad I'm even of thinking to involve my lawyer because this is bad customer service they don't value their customers if I ask them nicely to deliver and it's an urgent delivery I paid customs and I told them it's for graduation I need to be having it by now my graduation is tomorrow; when I send them message on their customer service button they don't not respond why are they even in this industry if they fail to compile with rules of valuing their clients?
