very bad customer service from Buffalo logistics and Skynet

They gave my package to Skynet and that was a horrible experience, I have not received my package as yet and frankly I appalled by the service. I will never again use this type of online purchase. They dont have respect for customers and courtesy to even call and check if you have received your package. worst service ever and i say no more buying from SHEIN
