Very bad customer service

I ordered from temu and buffalo was surpose to deliver. I received a call from the driver on the 27 th march 2024 at about 09:30 that i must meet him at the mall at 11:00why at the mall when i was asked for a delivery address . I told him im at work but i have asked my neighbor to take the parcel he never got incontact with me again . When i checked my tracking status it says attempted delivery wish is not true and parcel returned to despatch . I phoned but the lady on the phone was so rude and she sounded like she really did not want to help me and just brushed me off with a story . Really disappointed in this whole thing and because of them temu is going to loose alot of business. Its not like i never waited my time for parcel to come now i must listen to broken stories im so tired of hearing a agent will get back to you and they never do but its also no use you phone and get a agent that does not want to help
