Very bad buffalo service

I am really unhappy with tha Buffalo Logistics services, I ordered a package from shein and confirmed my address of delivery, when it went over to Buffalo for the third party delivery, my address of delivery changed, I enquired and called countless numbers without any response. I wrote emails without response. I am still waiting for a response. Very disappointed in the service
