Very angry customer

If i could i would rate buffalo a zero star because they are *********** and very much useless im even starting to make peace with the fact that I'll never receive my parcel.At first they ****ed up the address to which the order is supposed to be going to it was a totally wrong address i spent 3 weeks trying to get them to fix it all they said the entire time is your order will be escalated useless fools as if that was not enough the delivery guys kept on calling and telling me that my order is yet to be delivered to the wrong address their email isn't much of help don't even mention their WhatsApp account just useless as for the app it's just there to crowd my phone as i write this in four days would mark 31 day(s) period i have been awaiting my order.
