Very Angry

I have no idea when my order will be delivered it was handed over for delivery yet Fastway say it has not been scanned into their vehicles, please let me know if you would rather have me pick up my own order, it has been 2 weeks already and no word from you guys about my order, is it lost, do you even want to deliver it at this point?? very disgusted honestly with the level of service received.
