Vat and tax

I have been struggling for three days now to get Buffalo logistics to release my parcel. For the first time I have been asked for a proof of payment after paying Tax and Vat and after loading it twice and speaking to numerous consultants, Emailing them my proof of payment and receiving confirmation from them that it is now approved, I am still receiving Emails to say I must pay tax and vat before parcel can be released. When I follow up I just go through the same process to get nowhere and I am just told, they will get back to me. I have paid over R600 for tax and I am getting no further.
