USELESS USELESS USELESS!!!!!!

I hate this logistics company; they are absolutely USELESS.

It's been over a month, and I still haven't received my package.

Last week when I phoned Brian informed me that my package is on its way to the Buffalo Warehouse in Kempton and I would be able to collect before the end of the week. Today the lady is telling me it's still at the airport?? ***????????

According to my tracking number, my package has been on its way to Buffalo Warehouse DC since last week Tuesday

They are wasting my airtime, and my time.

I'm tired of this Bull***t!!!!!
