Useless staff

If I could rate them less than one star I would.

Staff are rude and have zero interest in actually helping you. Speak over you thinking they know best, while you are still trying to explain your situation.

Unable to allocate payments for tax and duty, which means I have just had to pay twice for tax, while they are likely pocketing the rest because Christmas bonuses are coming up. Shein will be losing a lot of business if they do not change their courier partner in South Africa. I will be making a formal complaint with buffalo as well, not that I believe they'll actually do anything about it
