USELESS SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY

This company outsources other courier companies to make their delivery and some of these outsourced companies don't come to your address on the date of delivery.Then you get message saying "CLIENT NOT AT THE ADDRESS " Called Buffalo logistics and they are all lost regarding the matter.The Buffalo staff apparently cannot call the driver of the courier company because they not sure them selves whose the courier company.Mickey mouse operation really. Apparently they are not allowed to call the driver of the courier company.Terrible company to deal with and I wonder why TEMU and SHEIN uses this useless company.
