Useless! Package ''in processing'' for 2 months

Useless! As at today, 10 February 2022, I have been waiting for my order placed on 4 January 2022. Per tracking info: my package has been sitting at the Johannesburg depot ''for processing'' since 20 Jan 2022. You try phoning them and they can't help you only that ''matter has been escalated'' no one comes back to you, they can't tell you where your package is, utterly useless, while I sit and wait for now 2 months for my order and still no idea when I will get it!
