USELESS, NON-EXISTING SERVICE

I logged a return & refund request with Temu on 6/02/2025 and was instructed to have my package ready no later than 20/02/2025 for return. I had it ready the next day. I was informed that Buffalo Logistics would collect. On the 16th of February I phoned to find out when they would collect, since nobody has shown up. I was informed that they would collect on 21/2/2025. A courier phoned to say he was en route. I double checked if he knew where to go, since the address is in a mall. He assured me he did. I waited. Phoned again to be told he couldn't find the address and would deliver Monday, 27/2. Nobody showed. On phoning I was told the matter was escalated. Phoned again 3 days later: now SkyNet was going to collect. Today, 4/3/2025 still no one has collected.
