Useless ****mers

This company is providing very poor service and their consultants are rude. They had my parcel from the 17th May 2025 to date they haven't delivered it and they're giving me lame excuses. They claim that the package is with Skynet and they've reported that every time they try to deliver am unavailable... How? Am unemployed and always available in the house so how can I not be available to receive the package? On the Temu app it is reported that I received the packaged on Wednesday the 28th May 2025 at 16:15 yet when I call Buffalo they tell me about Skynet... I mean... What the hell... Am tired of waiting coz it's been a while now. This is the third week. They sent me an email to reschedule another delivery and they say I have to pay R164 more for this other shipment... This is pure ****ming and ******ion of money from clients. Am never ordering things again from Temu if they keep using Buffalo Logistics as their courier company.
