Useless logistics company

This company is very useless, BUFZA***YQ. According to them my order was delivered at the address I gave them. when I google the address where they delivered, it turns out to be 16km away from where they were supposed to deliver. No one called to notify me they are struggling to find my address. Now my order is sitting with someone I don't even know, I don't even have contacts to the person.

Useless service I must say.
