Useless logistics company

The service I am getting from buffalo log company is so horrible,they’ve had my parcel since the 12 December and apparently Monday they couldn’t make the delivery cause they ran out of time.In that case you would think that they’d prioritise the orders the could not honour but no today it Friday and my parcel is still not scanned out for delivery.Mind you I made this order on 27 November 2023.When I call the call centre I am taken from pillar to post I am not happy at well☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️.
