Useless employees

What a useless company, so unprofessional abd has rude employees. I wish Shein would use a different logistics company. Their driver did not contact me for delivery and decided to take back my parcel with him, when I call their call centre, their agent said they can't disclise the name of the third party who is going to deliver my parcels, this was after I confirmed that I am the rightful owner of the parcel, she was the third person I talked to without getting assisted. Why keep it a secret as if I am asking for a medical record, beats me.
