USELESS!!!!!

I would honestly give this company a -100 stars. A package was supposed to be delivered customs was paid in March already and every time you call in they say its been escalated. Just spoke to Judy and she makes it sound like its my fault because if I remembered who i spoke to she could have escalated it to that person and they would then escalated to management for investigation. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!
