Useless customer support. Don't understand simple English

Impossible to get a solution out of them. Send them numerous emails and Whatsapp all to no avail. They obviously have totally unqualified staff responding to queries. Trying to explain to them there is no duty on faulty items being replaced, but sadly they can't comprehend this. I wish they'd just shut shop because I've never had a successful response from them.
