Useless customer service and refusing information.

WATCH OUT. They will ask you to pay money and refuse to give any information as to where the amount comes from, how its been calculated or how they know how much I must pay. 14x emails later and still no info. So they can simply give you any amount to pay. Then they talk you you as if you dont know what VAT and duties are. I KNOW. I aant to know where YOU got the info from as to how much I must pay. So they can rob you blindly without you knowing. Refusing to give information to what I must pay should be *******.
