Useless courier service.

I have been waiting for collection of a parcel I logged for a return on Temu since March and it was closed before they could come and pick up after giving me a date. They asked me to log another return, I did and they gave me a date to come pick up, that same Friday they never ever came until yesterday April 1st 2026 my return is now locked I cannot return to get my refund for a product that doesn't work for me. I've sent countless emails from the very first return log and their responses are useless, they lie, they use chatbots who offer no resolution. I've lost money because of their constant lying and terrible service!! I am utterly disappointed
