Useless courier company

Useless courier company. Very unhelpful. Despite multiple calls and emails >30 combined since October, they have consistently failed to correct my details and send my packages to me. I went physically to the warehouse and was turned away to continue using their call centre and sending emails which hasn't worked in over 2 months. Wouldn't recommend buying stuff from companies that use this courier service.
